IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION
What you can expect at your next service. Please, before booking, read the following information. We will also require every client to fill out a COVID-19 form. Please see attached for viewing before booking any appointments. You can print the form off and bring it to your appointment, or we will have forms available at the spa. Again, if you feel unwell, we ask you to reschedule your appointment immediately. At this time, online booking is not available; please e-mail info@sugarbushspa.com to book your next appointment. We will not be offering any facial sugaring or services at this time.
You will immediately sanitize your hands upon entry into the building (sanitization stations are on the main floor and second floor upon entering the building)
• Please do not shake hands with, touch or hug others during your time in the building
• Use floor markers to practice social distancing - no congregating in any space within the spa
• Masks or Facial coverings are required
•1 person per appointment - sadly, at this time, no friends, family, or children
• Limit personal belongings
• If paying with cash, please have the exact amount as we will not have change. Place any money in a separate envelope or plastic bag
• Strict policies in place for timely arrivals. If you are unable to be on time, you will be asked to reschedule. There will be NO leniency.
Services over $100.00 and above will be required to be held by a credit card.

At Sugarbush Spa, our main priority always has been the safety of our practitioners and clients. With COVID-19, we have stepped up our health and safety practices. As clients and friends, you are critical to us!
We want to take this time to share what we are doing to keep all of us safe and healthy and prevent the spread of COVID-19.
We will continue to do our best as we do yearly in maintaining infection control, specifically the viral transmission of influenza/flu throughout the seasons each year. Sugarbush Spa is located in the Sifton Centre (west 5) so, please be part of their solution by utilizing hand sanitizers at the location upon entering and leaving the building.
We have heightened our cleaning procedures in the following ways:
•each treatment room has a sink that will display a poster providing the proper hand washing techniques with a paper towel to dry and dispose of after each wash
•sanitizing high touch points after every client, including door handles, debit machine, waiting chairs, etc
•towels will no longer be of use- the biodegradable, disposable paper will be used for each client
• practitioners will wear a mask at all times

To keep your appointment moving quickly and continue limiting paper use- we ask that you fill out the COVID-19 form provided by Ontario.ca on the day of your appointment. This form will also be located in your appointment reminder as well.
